Mature meds: what do you think of doctors' working conditions?

Fellow mature med hopefuls, I wanted to post this in the mature med thread but I thought it might be a little off topic but what do you guys think of the working conditions of doctors at the moment and does it worry you at all? I know for many it'll be a few years away before you hopefully graduate but as a mature medicine…

Fellow mature med hopefuls, I wanted to post this in the mature med thread but I thought it might be a little off topic but what do you guys think of the working conditions of doctors at the moment and does it worry you at all?

I know for many it'll be a few years away before you hopefully graduate but as a mature medicine applicant you'll probably be sacrificing a lot just to go back and study, and are aware of the working conditions that may still be present when you graduate.

Is it something you've given thought to at all?
