Hi guys In academic year 2011-2012 I completed 1st year of an honours degree programme, and received the £2,500 (I think that was the figure) registration fee from City of Dublin VEC. If I wanted to commence a new course in September would I now be non applicable for the registration fee as I have already received it?…
