Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm researching my family tree and using aural sources ( living relatives) I've gone back to approx (1870) but I have no birth/marriage/ death certs for anyone born before 1949(approx 22people). Where is the best place to get certs for these people ?

Research certs by posts, or collected from the GRO cost €4. All you require when ordering are the references from the BMD Index - that way no search is required.

There are more details in the sticky at the top of this board
