    yhh but more info

fresh milk is pasteurised to destroy harmful bacteria.
bacteria are added to sour the milk.
rennet is added to clot the milk.
the milk now consists of curd , a solid part and whey , a watery substance.
the whey is removed and the curd is cut into pieces and salted.
the cheese is pressed into moulds lightly for soft and firmly for hard cheese.
blocks of cheese are stores and allowed to ripen for between 3 and 12 months.
learnt that in my home eco book!

Give 2 factors that influence the tenderness of red meat?

  • Registered Users Posts: 50 ✭✭Wiefi

Actions taken are like raising the price of alcohol and legal age for purchasing drink btw c:

Two factors that affect the tenderness of meat is the age and activity of the animal. Young animals have tough meat since they're young and run around and stuff, older animals have tenderer meat since well yeah they're old.

    Name two pulse vegetables?
