Hi All I have been following this forum for awhile and have noticed afew guys asking about yoga classes for men. I have a bad back and neck problems and have been advised to do yoga. Now my question there is a yoga studio in my work building and I was wondering if enough guys were interested I could ask for a men only yoga…
