Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not really, I wear long socks for Deadlifts and pull them down when I move on to another lift.

It's like a good rug with a room...the right socks really tie a workout together.

I'm concerned that you're not concerned.

Having said that, I just spent an hour in the gym pulling my shorts up because the elastic is gone and the string broke. This was delightfully paired with an Everlast vest that's faded and holed so badly it looks like a dog with the mange. I may be one step closer to sparkly gym leggings.

So long as you're lifting 2 X bw or more nothing looks goofy. Especially if there's blood starting to stain your socks.
.....Yes I'm a cheap git using my old bright dortmund yellow football socks

From what I saw, that wasn't really relevant.

It was about trying to show how extreme their lifestyle has to be.

Yes but they forgot to mention their steroid abuse. It was made out that egg whites and chicken was the magic potion.

Taking steroids and steroid abuse are different things.

In any case, it was irrelevant. It wasn't about the whjat made their muscles so big. It was about how extreme their lifestyle is.

Well I think taking steroids should've been mentioned along with " I eat 80 egg whites a week "

Did you not see the asterisk that floated around about their heads to signify potential steroid taking?
