    Hi

I would really appreciate some advice. I just completed my first 10k (Mini Marathon) ran it in 1;09, was happy enough with that. Prior to the run i was training 3 times a week running 8k each time. I am now doing a 2nd 10k in 3 wks and would like to knock a few mins off the time! I am not looking to break a world record but even if i knocked 5/10 mins off it and did it in 60 mins. my questions is i am not sure how to train for it? Should i continue doing what i was doind before? is this enough or should i aim now to run 10k 2? 3? times per week. I dont want to exhaust myself on top of that i have just joined a gym. I wont be doing any other cardio at the moment until my run is over but i am doing weights and reisitance training and therefore i am conscious if i using leg machines and running my lower limbs could tire out easily?? I would really appreciate any advice on this. Running is relatively new to me

    :):)
