How to set up a shared file online?

    Hi,
    I work on an engineering project far away from my HQ to attend meetings. We have a common correspondence register for all email traffic coming in/out etc. the register is populated daily and sent via standard email and excel attachment to HQ to my project manager.

    Q. How could I set up a file or location so that I have amend my file and my colleague can view/amend seconds after in a cloud format?

    Would. Standard Dropbox account sort this problem?
    We could then share the same username and password ?

    Any advice woud be great

    yes, dropbox would do this job perfectly. I think the standard storage is 2.5GB though

    Google drive works perfectly for this, two people could actually edit the same file at the same time
