Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Contact him and see if he can get it mailed to you and how much that would cost

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,207 ✭✭✭decisions

You should be focusing on 2nd hand stuff. Much cheaper in general.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,780 ✭✭✭jamo2oo9

These things can always be worked around.

And Im going to assume she got it in a massive assets sale and the place was either closing down or on the brink.

    Good value?

Nah you put up the LED version for 25 quid more.

It's alright value. You can get cheaper ones but they won't really be wonderful brands so no promises. I mean Currys/PC World have like 2 of their own brands, I think Alba and Bush () have something to do with Argos themselves.

If you can get the one on donedeal posted, that's be great.

it was originally 300 but well yeno Harvey Normans and their sales :P it's great it's JMB like not a massive brand but it has the stuff yere on about :D

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,207 ✭✭✭decisions

If they want a quick sale, offer the asking and get them to deliver it. You won't find a better deal in Argos or HN.

Outside of a HM bumper sale that is.

Here now what exactly does the government cover when it comes to college fees?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,780 ✭✭✭jamo2oo9

And what are the Tuition Fees that are displayed on the Grants page? I know Student Contribution is registration fees payable by everyone. That can be covered by the grants right?

Nothing wrong with it. The ad seems trustworthy, plenty of detail and pictures. Chances are he's leaving the country and wants to sell quickly

Yeah, one of the aunts heard on the radio that there was a bit of a storm our way last night but no one in the house seems to have heard or seen anything.

Didn't hear anything either. I heard the lashing of the rain but no thunder anywhere. My dad couldn't hear anything either so it wasn't just me.

Damn you Windows 8 with your Secure Boot

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,207 ✭✭✭decisions

I'm currently running Vista *shudder* Im going to have another stab at Linux next week. I had it running fine for a bit, and then I picked up a load of viruses from something I downloaded. And the only disk I could find afterwards was vista to get it going again.

I wouldn't use Vista again even if my life depended on it..

God that thing pissed me off so much. I had a laptop with the worst set up for it too. 'twas a notebook from 2007 running Vista, had 1GB RAM and the early Intel mobile graphics.

Horrible times they were :( I just ditched it for my XP desktop

    Preferably San Andreas.

I want it so bad, 4 just isn't the same :(

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,446 ✭✭✭Corvo Attano

The one thing I really loved about 4 that they further improved in RDR is the reaction to getting hit by a bullet.

Kneecap a guy in RDR and he cant walk. He'll kneel up and fire til he dies of blood loss. Hit in the shoulder and you can see them get knocked back a bit
