    You listening to DUB ATC?

The weather makes for some interesting stuff :D

No I'm in bed now. I hear there's a bit of electric activity going on over there. Has it affected much traffic?

Few problems with comms, you can hear controllers reporting lightning strikes.

A Ryanair 737 just made a go around and an Aer Lingus aircraft is making one wide ass approach :pac:

Yep, I spotted that since, would have been what I thought too. :p

Your obviously not to far away from here if you knew that

Not surprised with that now! At least traffic is at minimum at this time of the night now. If its thundery at 6 in the morning, it'll be a massive headache for American arrivals and the controllers!

Surely it isn't windy about is it? There's a bit of gust but not much to completely destabilise the approach?

EDIT: just looking at the radar and its fairly windy out alright!

God just how many southerners are there here. I count 2 northmen and an absent northwoman.

The midnight report said a 12 knot wind but it was definitely stronger a few mins ago. Now I don't think there is any wind..

Everyone in my house is huddling together, sh*tting it over thunder/lighting. I'm staring out the window :D

At first I thought you ment the (stone) walls on coolnamuck road :pac:

We had a nice warm evening for training.

And you seem to be forgetting the All Ireland champions.

Was just outside there for a few mins. It's stopped raining and the thunder seems to have stopped aswell, but there's still flashes of lightening goin

Ah it turns out he went into a hold.

Shannon can't fuel any flights that divert from Dublin cos apparently there's nobody there, Cork has cumulonimbus clouds in sight and Dublin ATC just became the most popular feed. Looks like my night time entertainment is sorted

This **** just got exciting :D

    I know...

That flight path looked like my flight path in the 747 in San Andreas. Is that where he trained?

Have they not thought about Belfast or Manchester. EI and RY both serve so fuel and customer service wouldn't be an issue unless there's thunder and lightening over there

Well, I was marking it, so I kinda had to! I guess that fits more into the second category though. :p
