Ok so with the stats to back it up I can say that Cavan has won

37 Ulster Championships (Most Ulster titles held)
5 All Irelands (Most All Irelands won by an Ulster team)
Contested 11 All Irelands (Most of any Ulster team)

Statistics wise we are the best county in Ulster football.
