Better be around for it, im off up to Sligo on Tuesday, to look at calves, wasn't goin to bother, but then I heard the operation he's running.

He's milking about 700 cows, stocking I think 6.5cows/ha, started off in the mid '70s with one cow, and has bought I think 13 farms since then. Can't miss out on an opportunity to see that!

Only a few hundred left so tis possible, especially as it gets busier on here on a Sunday.

I wish drink wasn't so expensive, or else bein a real lightweight would be handy,

I once drank half a bottle of gin. Its not nice but it means the shocking taste of juniper berries of a drink thats never ment to be taken straight is lost on me now.

The local pub was doing gin shots for 3 euro and I told my mates not to take them. They ignored me and I came back to a shot of gin. Told the first lad "Im warning you it isnt nice" and down it straight face. He downs it and begins coughing like mad saying its awful. Next mate up thinks hes over reacting. Second shot down straight face. He takes it and for the next ten minutes is complaining about the burning it leaves in your throat. I just smugly grin.

Moral of the story: I will end you in gin shots.

Never actually drank gin but few lads ino had it mixed with whiskey for the bus to the all Ireland and 'twas gone by 10:30am. They were twisted by 11
In the morning. One of them had there head in a bag for more than the whole way home. Kinda put me off of gin haha
