I've been doing gym work for the last year or so constantly but I stopped for during the leaving cert. I started back the day before yesterday and my arm is now in agony. I reckon I've done some serious damage as I cannot move my right arm more than 10 degrees and the pain is unbearable. :(

that happened to me :o i stopped the 4th and came back the 21st like it's only 3 weeks and my biceps were just sooooo painful :(

I could do with some of that if it does what it says on the tin.

Yeah Lysa Arynn and her kid? They get even weirder..

Don't finish watching it all in 2 days! There's only 30 episodes and the next season won't be out until March

Her husband John. It would make you a bit insecure for your childs safety.

When's the Steam sale? Looking for a really cheap BF3 multiplayer game but there's none around :(

Off to download Fable III to see what's it like. EDIT: 5.61GB to download! FÚCK!

Anybody still watch 24? Only got a chance to watch the seasons I haven't seen.

I am not sure of when the summer sale will come but it has been many a month since she was here last. Men and womens wallets alike were emptied without mercy. Those unfortunate souls left with trinkets they would never use. Not a penny was left.

Be sure of one thing though.
