repeating exam

Does anyone know if you can repeat an exam to get a higher mark or can you only repeat if you fail. I have 68% overall which will give me a merit upper level. Is it possible to repeat an exam to try and obtain the extra percentage to acheive a distinction?

No, you can't do this. The max grade you can obtain in a repeat exam is 40% anyway (unless you missed to initial exam through illness).
