Hey!

I want to start coding this summer. Always interests me how games are made like this. How would I start? and continue building the process? I'm willing to dedicate time.

Pick a language and start typing, make stuff, break stuff and have a good time doing it. If you have no coding experience then python is a nice friendly language to start with. Stick pygame on to it and you will have all you need to make any game you want.

https://www.udacity.com/ <-- This site has a few decent courses too, the HTML5 Game Development course isn't too bad if you've got a bit of knowledge of JavaScript, it has other intro to programming courses too which are all free so can be useful to get started.
