Change password link not working

I accidentally cleared my cookies (or whatever it is that keeps you logged in) and I can't remember my password...the new password link doesn't send me an email, so I've created this 2nd account in the interim, thanks

I had been trying to change my password anyway like a week ago but the same thing was happening (I was still logged in though so didn't really mind), but I locked myself out this evening so yeah I filled the form in tonight

The fact that the last line of each transaction says completed means that our mail server was successful in sending the mail to your mail provider and your mail provider accepted the mail for delivery. What happens after that is completely out of our control, Boards has done its part. If you are sure you cannot locate the mail I'd suggest contacting your mail provider through their support channels.

Just a final check which may seem a bit silly but you are sure you're checking the email address associated with that account? If you want to confirm the account you're checking is the one associated with that account just drop me a PM.
