Aria PC issue

    Hey,

I was wondering if any of you have any experience with Aria PC as I need to return a graphics card that arrived defective (checked the PCI-E slot with two other cards, it's definitely broken) however I'm having a lot of difficulty figuring out the return process on their site. It requires an RMA number, which you input your order ref no. for but no matter what way I input it, it won't recognize it, so when I go to contact customer services and input my order no. there, it won't recognize it either.

So, I went rooting around my account settings and discovered my order was still being "processed" despite having received it, and having payed  could this have anything to do with it?

I've seen Aria show up in a lot of builds here, so I'm hoping some of you might might be familiar with this problem? As I can't seem to find out anything else about it and their customer service hasn't responded to an email I sent on Thursday.

I'm kind of up against the clock as well what with the 28 return policy and all, any help would be appreciated.

    Hey,

I have never used Aria but I have RMA'd stuff in the past. In my experience you should call them with your order number, and they should e-mail you the RMA number with instructions. Good luck.
