Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Downloading a free app from the UK store

There is a free app in the UK app store but it won't allow me to download it as my account is in the Ireland store. The app is not available in the Ireland store.

I've attempted to set up a new account with the UK app store but the credit card details & billing address seem to prevent it being set up as they're in Ireland.

How do I get around this or can I?

    Thanks in advance.

Log out, switch to the UK store, try to download a free app, choose to set up a new account and it will allow you without entering a credit card. Use a UK address.

Thanks for the replies but there's no option to select 'none' under payment details nor is there any option to select the country of choice for the App Store.

There will be a none option if you try to download a free app first.

Thanks! Did it successfully this time. For future reference how can the UK App Store be accessed? Have only been able to access it via the app providers link so far.

Now that you have set up a UK account you'll be able to access it by simply logging in with that ID.
