    Agreed! I get fed up of 'The Best.....' discussions, and lists of who is the 'Greatest'. Magazines are notorious for it, especially when it comes to guitarists and its the same every year 'Jimi Hendrix number 1 best guitarist ever', its boring!

    You may have a favourite but that does not make them the best.

    Gotta agree with Zesty - "Bowie"! And having been to the Bowie Exhibition in London recently - I felt really emotional - that guy's singing has been the backdrop for most of my life (and that's a lot of decades :D ).

    Then I'd go with Jagger and Sting.
