Recommend good value detached house in North County Dublin

    hi, i'm looking for thoughts on a good area/property to purchase in north dublin / north county dublin.

    requirements:
    3 bed +
    detached with large garden
    modern kitchen (does not require refit)
    30-40 mins from airside retail park
    less than €450k (might push to €500K)

    i've been looking at Portmarknock/Malahide but i consider these over priced
    Swords / Meath is an option but i dont know which are the 'good' areas.

    i quite like the look of this place but its just outside my price range
