Tessmacher will bring THOSE hotpants, pleezy sleezy.

Hopefully the announcement is something like Hulk Hogan appearing on all shows due to TNA's downsized roster as well as stars like Jeff Hardy and possibly Kurt Angle unable to attend. And Hogan has never stepped foot in Dublin

That would be my only reason to want to buy a ticket.
Alas my mates and I are going regardless

  • Registered Users Posts: 28 David Cullen

I've already got my meet and greet ticket months ago but I would still kill for Hogan to be at it, simply because he is who he is. I also asume Kurt Angle should be out of rehab by then, at least I hope he is, he was my main reason for going. Has anyone heard anything about there hopefully being a better meet and greet at it?

Better be a good announcement . once its not like Tito or Rampage will be appearing on the tour :(:(:(

    what was the annoucement ??

  • Registered Users Posts: 28 David Cullen

The announcement was fan interaction tickets being available for the UK shows aswell as Bully Ray, Magnus, Bobby Roode, Samoa Joe, Chris Sabin, Austin Aries, Manik, James Storm, Gunner and Gail Kim will perform at all events. Kurt Angle, AJ Styles and Daniels were all on the original poster so I hope they'll still be at it. Kurt is the main reason I want to go. Shame Hogan is sitting this one out again to

Shame Hogan is sitting this one out again tho

No offense to anyone going but I hope by January he & Bischoff are both long gone

Has anyone else been Tweeting Dixie? I myself don't have an account but have been using a friend's account to Tweet her about the show a couple times a week

I assume Kurt and AJ will be added later if they sort out their respective issues.

  • Registered Users Posts: 28 David Cullen

We can only hope so. Kurt is my reason for going

Kurt Angle has been released from rehab. Hopefully TNA will announce his participation on the tour soon

Kurt's been a train wreck for years, between his messy public divorce, and these multiple DUIs...it's a wonder he hasn't killed any body. He's majorly slowed down over the last few years (his body is definitely showing signs of breaking down that even he can't hide). He needs to sort his life out & get his head together. But he's a machine & TNA will knowingly take him at his word so I'll say he'll be on the tour.

Thinking of going,Last tickets I seen were block C row H at ringside would they be anyway decent?Remember getting ringside seats for a WWE show at the Point in 04 and they were more aisle seats than ring.Got balcony seats the next year for cheaper(I think) and they were way better.

It's TNA in National Stadium. There's about 6 rows in total.

Row C is a pretty good row to view yes.

TNA are set to announce another 9 stars for the tour on Sunday. I hope they'll be re-announcing Kurt Angle

Id say they are playing up the AJ having no contract storyline etc

Brookes ass will be there thats the most important thing

Do you need regular tickets aswell as meet and greet tickets to go to the meet and greet in Dublin?

  • Registered Users Posts: 28 David Cullen

No as long as you have Meet and Greet tickets. Looks like we can cross AJ Styles off the list for being at it

  • Registered Users Posts: 2 meilie

As long as Jeff Hardy is there :) hopefully. Do the meet and greet tickets cover the show aswell ?

Doubt it since he prob wont be allowed to the UK and Ireland over his previous record

  • Registered Users Posts: 28 David Cullen

The meet and greet tickets cover the show yes. Jeff Hardy will definitely not be there as he is not allowed to enter the UK and Ireland until at least 2015/2016. According to recent tapings, Jeff has already been written off TV for the tour

The 1st Meet and Greet i went to in 2011 was great they had everyone surround the barricade then all the wrestlers would come out and walk around for photos and autographs etc . Was great , but last year was crap . Basically all the wrestlers were just sitting on chairs and you give them something to sign and move on , no photos or not being able to have a chat etc .

So hopefully they have changed it for this year

Honorary Irishman 'Cowboy' James Storm will challenge for the TNA World Heavyweight Title at the huge TNA IMPACT WRESTLING event coming to Dublin's National Stadium on Wednesday January 29.

Storm – who is part Irish on his father's side – will battle Englishman Magnus in the show's main event. Magnus recently made history by becoming the first ever British World Champion for a major American wrestling company.

Storm said: "I want as many Irish men and women as possible to come out and support me as I beat the hell out of Magnus all over Dublin. And Magnus, everyone knows Irish don't need luck so sorry about your damn luck.

"If you like watching TNA on Challenge TV then you MUST come and see us live – because there's nothing in the world like live wrestling. I promise that this will be one incredible event from start to finish, in front of some of the rowdiest fans I have ever seen.

"And after the event the party will continue. You can bet after the show I’ll be at a Dublin pub celebrating with a Guinness in my hand cheering everyone who came out to support."

Tickets for the TNA live event are priced from €34, including booking fee, and are on sale NOW from www.ticketmaster.ie and Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.

In another England vs. Ireland bout, TNA IMPACT WRESTLING’s Birmingham-born Chief of Staff, Rockstar Spud, has challenged RTÉ presenter Ivan Minnock to a fight.
The pair came to blows when Rockstar Spud was interviewed on Ivan’s popular elev8 TV show and infuriated the host by declaring “there is no talent in Ireland”.
Ivan will now team with Joseph Park and Eric Young to battle Spud and his partner Ethan Carter III at the National Stadium.
Spud said: “As the Chief Of Staff and the only REAL tough man in all of TNA IMPACT WRESTLING, I am going to show Ivan that professional wrestling is no joke. I'm going to drag Ivan across the canvas in front of all his family, friends and countrymen and make everyone realise that there really is NO talent in Ireland!”

Ivan replied: “Everyone knows that Rockstar Spud is gonna be mashed potatoes when I'm finished with him! I can’t wait for the match.”
TNA IMPACT WRESTLING today also announces two more huge matches for this very special live wrestling event.
Bully Ray will battle former friend turned fierce rival Mr. Anderson in the first ever Dublin Tables Match – with both promising to get the ultimate revenge in their heated rivalry.
The show will also see a dream X Division Championship three way title fight, pitting Chris Sabin against Austin Aries against Samoa Joe.

Looks like a decent card especially the X Division match if Joe is on good form

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,143 ✭✭✭ciano316

Joe vs. Aries vs. Sabin is a great match to get!!

The meet n greet better not be ****!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,169 ✭✭✭jmolloy

The elev8 guy may well get booed out of the building if the crowd is in form. Lot of likeable wrestlers in that match, Spud will have to heel it up something crazy to get a reaction
