I am upgrading from eircom NGB 8Mbps to Broadband Advanced 24Mbps and I am told my line can handle 15Mbps so am hoping for a big improvement but am wondering about contention. Can you tell me if the Broadband Advanced 24Mbps service has contention and if so what is the ratio ?

Hi pg17,

There is no contention ratio on the 24mg service as it is on our NGB exchange which are products that give a broadband service with uncongested speeds.
