Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just took phone out of my pocket to this.... What happened? Did it get a bang in my pocket?

    Just realised the picture doesn't show the damage, so is it just the screen?

    Post a bigger pic, OP.

    From the image you've posted, it looks like you have damaged the LCD screen. Are you sure you might have hit the phone off something when it was in your pocket? It may rectify itself in time but it'll probably need replacing.

    Balls yeah, it was in my coat pocket.
    I didn't drop it but must have knocked it off something.

    How much are we talking?

    What iPhone is it? 4/4s between 60-100. 5 though is gonna cost at least 200 and I'd be more inclined to get apple to do it if it is a 5

    I'd have thought that a bang that would do such damage would also have an impact on the glass screen itself. And that the damage is rounded it could be an internal fault.

    I reckon it's the liquid of the LCD. It's the layer underneath the glass. It will have to be replaced.
