Scambaiting

Anyone know who these 419 email scammers are ? I suspect many work in Internet cafes where they have easy access to send e mails and make telephone calls.
My latest scammer answers e mails very quickly. A request from him for the control number of a supposed western union transaction is replied in minutes that the number is incorrect.
What type of person is fooled by these very amateur cons.

Greenwood Marketing is also back on the scene a typical boiler room operation.

http://www.419eater.com/ Explains scambaiting if you can't figure it out !

why did you post it in after hours? after hours is not good at following strict instructions.

so here it is, you said melon and I said apple, now its your fault that you could not find a pattern in the answers.

    Got this email this morning:

    Hello,

Our company is pleased to offer you a well-paid part-time job.

    Location : United Kingdom

    The minimum requirements for candidates:
    - UK mainland residents.
    - 21 years old or over.

If you are interested, please send your CV to: mwebb05@live.com

    Best regards,
    Michael Webb

    ...to which I replied:

    Hello Michael.

I would be pleased to accept your offer. I am recently discharged from St. Loman's
Psychiatric Institute in Palmerstown, Dublin, RoI and am doing well - my "episodes"
are comparatively rare these days, as long as my medication is unintrerrupted. I will be
arriving in the U.K at London, Gatwick on Monday, June 24th and will arrive
at your offices at around three in the afternoon.

I look forward to taking up my new position, and many thanks for the oppurtunity to
begin a new, productive life! God bless you sir!

Hopefully that'll give the cheating ****er a somewhat less-relaxed weekend than he'd been anticipating. :D

If all the ducks in Sweden flapped their wings simultaneously at the one time, together then they'd created a mild breeze so long as they were all in the one place at the same time, together. If they were all in different places there'd be no noticeable wind difference and they'd just take off and fly. Now if they were all flying to the same place and arrived there simultaneously together in the one place and kept flapping their wings then that would create a mild breeze so long as they were all flying in the one direction together at the same time. If they were flying in different directions but at the same height then there could be lots of collisions mid air but if they were all at different heights then I'm not really sure what would happen...but it would be very interesting...to me at least.

Indeed. The time and effort some of them put in to 'scam' a scammer is admirable.

Lots of funny pics - priceless

you also have another thread with greenwood forest, where you did not get any reply either
    //http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=84818068

plz dont believe that 'obviously people will be knowing about it, its so common'
obviously no one knows about it or seems to understand what you are talking about, except you.
I would say, try posting it under security forum where you might get some sensible answers.
