    Im near hotel KK and there is no UPC out here. They said there was no cables laid for it when all the developments took place a few years ago.

    Is UPC broadband available in the Dublin Road area in Kilkenny city?

    Eircom only offer up to 24mb but UPC is separate from their fiber isn't it?
