I called Eircom today about their online checker saying we can avail of up to 24Mb. The woman said she'd upgrade us straight away. Is the change suppose to happen straight away or was she just on about processing it for some techy to do some work tomorrow? I tried resetting the modem to see if it would sync to the new 12Mb…
