Left money in ATM

    Hi,

    I'm actually an AIB customer, but yesterday I was using a BOI ATM and somehow managed to walk away without thinking of taking the money. Turned around just in time to see it get sucked back into the machine. I called AIB and they said to hang on overnight as it sometimes gets refunded. It's still not back today, so I was wondering how BOI handles this? Do all machines process this eventually or do I need to fill out a form or something?

    ATM queries such as this would need to be raised with your own bank

    AIB should be able take some details and look into it for you.
