I can't log in to My Eircom this morning. Was ok yesterday. Keep getting the following message:
Sorry we can't log you into My eircom

Please check you have entered the correct email address (the one you used when you registered for My eircom) and the correct password.

Have you recently moved to eircom's new eFibre Broadband service?

Support information for eFibre customers is available on our dedicated support site rather than within My eircom.

    Visit eFibre support

    Tracy, PM sent.

I did anyway, & I could log into webmail from the main site also. It was just the My Eircom section that was down.

    Hi,

This issue seems to be resolved now, the site was temporarily down.

    Thanks

    Hi Tracey.

I'm having problems getting emails.  I have not received any emails via Eircom for the last 48 hours or so. The only change I made is to change my router to an Eircom one.  My internet is working fine.  I can send and receive with Gmail but not my Eircom address. I use Microsoft Outlook 2010.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Cathy

    Hi Cathy Makes Cards,

The best advice I can offer is to contact our technical support team on 1890 260 260, they will be able to identify the issue and hopefully resolve it.

We are unable to offer support from our channel I'm afraid.

    Thanks

    Tracey
