    ‘Broken State’ is the new single from our favourite Kilkenny multi-instrumentalist, Rarely Seen Above Ground who launches his EP in the Twisted Pepper.
    The accompanying video is directed by Myles O’Reilly who’s previously shot the likes of Lisa Hannigan and Glen Hansard.

    "Its a mood-driven piece in which I've tried to interpret a number of different feelings involved in human endeavour to the soundtrack of dub, electronic and orchestral percussive sounds,” The Artist Also Known As Jeremy Hickey explains.

    It’s the first taster from his new EP and third album.
