A property across the road from me is uninhabited and is slowly becoming more tatty and dishevelled looking. The front door isnt secure and could be easy access for undesirables. The owner is never around and I don't have any contact details to ask him to tidy it up a bit which wouldnt take a big effort. I'm wondering is…
