    I paid bill through mybills.ie last week, but then the direct debit was taken out also. Can you arrange a refund if I give you account details, thanks,

    Hi Nellsbells,

    The direct debit may have been presented for collection before you made the online payment. Do indeed private message me your Electric Ireland account number and your name/address in full, as well as the contact telephone number on your account or your date of birth.
