I've voted for PayDay. Have it on the PS3 (Free for PS+ memebers, if anyone cares)
It's good fun, and I want to pick it up on PC too.
Trine 2 is pretty good too though, if anyone is interested. Worth picking up if it comes on flash deal or something again.
Picked up Magicka, Garys Mod, Ace of Spades, and Simcity 4 today. All v/ cheap. Ace of Spades was actually gifted to me. It's surprisingly fun! I hope a few people took advantage of the Dirt3 sale. Having a ball playing it today.
I see Infestation is 75% off on the daily deal. Hope no one is falling for that!? It's The WarZ, re-named. STAY AWAY!
I picked up Torchlight II during the week while it was on a flash deal. Haven't gotten around to playing it yet. If it's improved in anyway on the first, it's a great game, and worth buying.

Arguably one of the greatest strategy games ever for €2. Looks like Boardsie's are more representative of the general steam gamer than some would like to think. So, the question : Should we get Payday?

I've put 100's of hours into COH multiplayer and purchased several copies over the years. At that price, it has to be one of the best purchases you could ever make. As mentioned before, Relic's RTS game before that, Dawn of War, is also worth checking out as it's also an unbelievably fantastic game, at the moment the Platinum pack is 4.99 (was 2.49 a few days ago, but it's still a good price). Like COH, I've also bought several copies of DOW over the years!

Can never understand why people would use a ps controller on pc over an xbox one. The xbox controller is much nicer to hold, has some weight, and has triggers at the back that are great for racing games and games like GTA.

The bother picked one up for 5 - 10 euro on ebay so cheap too.

Doesn't the PS3 controller work out of the box? The Xbox needs either the wireless dongle or a pc-specific controller.

No, a wired xbox controller works out of the box. You can pick them wired receivers up cheap on ebay if you want wireless. Got one myself.
