Anyone know how the booster card packs work? Do you have to be in game to get them. I've maxed out drops for a few games and so far, zilch.

You just randomly get them in your inventory. You don't do anything.

Is it just me or is Bad Company 2 a rip off for 9 euro? I mean the game was brilliant online but isnt the community long gone?

The booster packs only drop if you're over steam level ten, AFAIK.

Odd, I want LA Noire, which is supposedly on sale for 9.99 now, but when I click on the page info, it says it's 14.99?

It's bad of me, but I really couldn't get into the first one. Combat was too weird. Didn't even finish it, and only finally played the second one last month even though I had it for ages.

Its EA what do you expect? Cod4 is 6 years old and is still €25 on steam.

Anyone can receive a booster pack, but your chances of getting one increase by 20% if you're level 10 to 19, 40% if you're level 20 to 29 etc.

Yeah I'd say give them a few minutes. Make sure to get the complete edition with all the DLC

I think I've said it 4 times in the last 2 days in this thread, you can get it off a guy who sells keys for €10 or if you want to buy from a shop you can get it for €15. It's unlikely it will be reduced more on Steam, it's still new.
