LED monitor in Dublin?

Can anyone recommend a good led monitor I can get in Dublin fairly quickly. I'm thinking probably a 24" with 2ms response time. I don't really understand all the specs or what to look out for but I don't mind paying for something good. I need to connect it to an old laptop so needs a vga connection.
