    Did you notice the spots on it when you bought it or did they just appear.

    Did you take the barrel out of the stock if so how does the barrel look under there.

    It should affect the gun but no you know what needs to be done when she gets wet so you can definitely prevent it from getting any worse.

    Just appeared must be because i had no oil and the gun was wet.

    The bits that are in the stock seem to be fine.
