Just wondering if there's any problems in the Ennis area. My devices all connect to my router ok and the router seems to be connected ok. All green lights dsl synced. But I'm not able to access any websites.

Oh and I take there's no phone support on Sundays phones been ringing about 20 mins.

Try resetting the modem. There is support on sunday, they open 8am-10pm 7 days. maybe there is an issue and they are busy.

Thanks. The Internet light eventually went red on modem so did the software reset and its working fine again.

After getting transferred by eircom support to their fibre specialists phone was ringing for a half hour in answered before I hung up.

    Hi dellWlan

If these issues persist please contact broadband support on 1890260260 and use option 0 for a shortcut.

    Thanks

do you have firewall software on your computers? if yes you might need to uninstall it and then re-install it so it gets the right settings for the vdsl connections on the efibre modem
