Hi there, we are thinking of renting in Donabate as it seems relatively cheap and has good links with the city. What is life like these days in Donabate ? -any particular areas to avoid etc...Are the primary schools decent in the area?

    Cheers

First I heard of the beach being a problem, but I bow to the greater knowledge of the SW:).

No real areas to avoid. Donabate has a lot going for it. Newbridge park, the railway and the proximity to the city to name a few. The closer you are the to train station the better if you don't commute by car.
