I am trying to use the online PRTB website to register a tenancy and I am finding it really user-unfriendly.

There are a number of pull down menus (tenancy, dwelling details etc) and when i finish filling one in and "safe draft" I find I cant go back and finish the registration as the data appears to be missing when I come back to it. Also, the drafts are piling up. I would like to know how move it along - would be grateful if anyone can tell me how?
