Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    PSG 1-0, Matuidi

2-0, Ibra. Game and tie over.

3-0, Ibra on his hat trick now.

That third goal, what the actual ****.

When he wants Ibrahimovic is on a whole different level.

    When he wants??

I hate this BS about Zlatan. He puts in a shift week in week out. The British media seem to think he's Berbatov-like in terms of laziness but he's a top quality player. I remember English pundits pulling this "plays when he wants" nonsense before he ripped them a new one with an unbelievable hat trick. In a friendly.

He's a quality performer that scores everywhere he goes, top scorer in the Champions League this year and awesome for PSG in the league. He must want to play all the time

A poor Leverkeusen team but that was some statement of intent from PSG!

I watched him pretty much every week while he was at Milan, there were plenty of games he didn't turn up in, seem to bothered about or get stupid petulant cards, however he was also by far the best (offensive) player in the team and scored, set up and created a hell of a lot. To say he doesn't blow hot and cold is almost as incorrect as those who say he doesn't do it in big games.

While I didn't see the full game tonight his second goal and some of his passing was amazing, despite his faults (and he does have them) there are very few forwards from the last 20 years I would pick ahead of him

PSG could only beat what was put in front of them. As I said at the time a lot of poor sides made the last 16. Hope today(wednesday) games are a better watch as next weeks games look poor & predictable enough on paper. Wouldn't shock me if both away sides win again today though.

Apart from when he's not interested in playing the likes of Ajaccio or Montpellier.

There have been plenty of games over the years where he seems uninterested.

He's a player who consistently performs at the highest level in big games, no doubt about it but to say he does it week in week out is simply wrong.

^ More a case of Leverkusen being serious bottlers in the big games than them simply being a poor team.. except when facing Dortmund now due to Son playing for them -_-

Milan should be leading by at least one goal. Possibly three.

True we shoulda taken one of the chances. Thought Atletico were poor there tonite. Fairly low in quality & fouled/dived a lot. Wasn't even a good Milan team they played either.

Think at the quarter final draw they draw the semi finals too. Think we all know the last 8 already.

Atletico have been dipping in form recently. I sincerely hope they recover.:(

Milan deserved a draw at the very least.

Any chance of an upset in Russia? Or does the ground even have a reputation for being a hostile place?

I expect Dortmund to win easily over the two legs but I know little about Zenit's "fortress".

I didn't find anything in English, but a local radio station from Dortmund reports, there were some Borussia supporters were attacked last night in the city centre :(

Oh wait I recall now. Folks here on this thread or the equivalent from a year or so back were calling for them to be banned from the competition because the fans are despicable.

This is really all Man United have to play for this season. I'd say just right off the domestic league. Use it to give the young lads and reserves playing time. Focus on Champions league
