    Looking at houses in this area and 2 things that keep coming up are dumping/water quality and commute times.

    Dumping & Water Quality

    A lot was reported in the 2003 - 2006 period about illegal dumping near newly built estates in the centre of Blessington. There was talk of a knock on effect on water quality.

    Q: What is the story with these illegal dumps and water quality today?

    Commuting times

    Working in the Northside : Best bet car via M50
    Working in the Soutside : Best bet car via M50
    Working in the City Centre : Best bet car to CityWest, Luas into town

    Bus options : The 65 takes about 2hrs in the morning to city centre
    Luas options : 50 odd minutes from Saggart into city centre

    Q: What are the actual commute times (in and out) for someone working in the city centre?

    Q: Any other negative sides to living in Blessington? I've heard no nightlife but I'm not worried about that.
