Survey Monkey

I have been given the job of doing tech support in work for survey monkey.

Now i know nothing about computers or survey monkey.

I keep coming up with the same query. people X out of the survery with the intention of going back in but they they go back it brings them back to the begining of the form and all previously entered information is gone.

BUT when i check from our end i can see their partially complete form

they are using the same computer, same link, etc.

any help would be great

thanks, but that really doesnt help me

have people screaming at me on the phone and i all i can say is "i dont know"

i love my job

i have discovered that a lot of people turn off their modem at night, so they get new IP addresses everyday. the survey only accepts one IP address.

i have no idea how to resolve this.

anyone know how to get some back in when they have submitted the survery but now need to change it ??
