Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello
I'm just wondering is it the land lords responsibility to fix plumbing issues like a toilet not flushing? Also are they responsible for getting the bolier serviced?
    Thanks :)

Their responsibility for plumbing issues but sometimes the tenants for servicing. Most landlords would do the service work as there could be confusion over any part replacements required.
    Check your tenancy agreement.

I work for a few landlords and they cover everything but as Shane said, check your agreement.
