Not sure if this is the right Forum and I know it's a shot in the dark, but would anyone know where I could get a Steam Press repaired. It's a Kenwood domestic one that was bought in Argos a couple of years ago so it's out of guarantee.

I've tried Kenwood but they say it was manufactured by someone else under licence and they can't repair it. Similarly Argos have no repair facility here either.

I've also tried a good few electrical repair shops but they won't look at it. The power is working but it won't heat up, think it might have something to do with the auto-lock function.
