Roth 2014

Just signed up for Roth and was wondering if anyone been over there and stayed anywhere near the race location?

Nuremberg looks like a big enough city/town near Roth but i'm not sure if id fancy the trip back after a long day's work, anyone stayed anywhere nearer that they would recommend to others?

Did you fly into Munich or Frankfurt and get a train or rent a car?

wont be travelling with bikes so it should ease up some of the stress!

If you sign up as a big group they seemily give you pre purchase codes to get it done before

Hey Dave, how about the town of Schwabach. It's closer to Roth, only 16km or a 15min drive and is also on the Nuremberg–Roth railway line.

Even JB manged to drive after his medical adventures.

There is the homestay option there.

We flew to Frankfurt. Retned a car from some cranky cvnts, stayed in a hotel run by cranky cvnts in Nuremberg.

Great report, full of emotion. These were really tough days you went through... IM would not be what it is if it was easy.
