    No you wont have to pay those fees when you are a student or for 2 years after you graduate. Full details are on bank of Ireland website.

    thank you, its just a person working in boi told me I would have to pay the fees.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    As hillbloom correctly mentioned, you don't pay the maintenance fee and most transaction fees with 2nd/3rd Level Student Accounts, Graduate Accounts and Golden Years Accounts.
