how much to unlock a sony xperia ray?

    need to get this phone unlocked off the 02 service . as there a rip off load of bxxxxxxs . any idea how much it would cost / or can it be done if i use my data cable and software ?ive asked for the unlock code with no joy.........only with them a few months and they want a few hundred of credit bought ..

    Only Sony Ericsson Xperia ray mobile phones manufactured before 12W11 are supported. See sticker under the battery to read your Xperia ray manufacturing date.

    Hi Teddy,

    Did you check the unlock status of your Bootloader so you may also remove O2 branding?
    Was it (Locked or Unlocked) as promised???

    Teddybear did you use unlock.ie? I looked on the site and they do not have the xperia ray or it's relevant number ST18i listed?
