Im currently abroad in France and will be for the forseeable future.
I made a transfer of about 300 euros from my AIB account to my French one.
The transfer was made on the 13th of June and now, on the 27th I have long since seen the 300 euro leave my account, with the transaction marked as complete, yet nothing has arrived in France.
The 300 euro was pretty much all I had so now I am completely strapped for cash abroad. At the 5 day mark AIB refused to trace it and now on the 10th working day they have agreed to place a trace and have been hugely vague at how long this will take. Does anyone else have experience with this? Am I going to be charged for this trace? I have been told to 'wait for their call'.
