As they say, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Don't think those photos are taken in Ireland, think I see some round plug sockets in the kitchen.
Did a google image search, looks like the apartment is in Barcelona

 do we need a new thread every time there is one of these dodgy ads ?

Do a reverse image search in google, or use some cop on and realize that air conditioning like in the opening picture plus the price, plus a BER of A1 are not in keeping with a legitimate ad.

Never mind the pics, this is the real telltale giveaway; aint no rental property in this country with a BER rating of A1 :pac:

I know it's too good to true, how does this particular scam work?

Neither is there one where there is no mention of a heating system other than an air conditioning unit.

It doesn't unless your an absolute muppet who will send money via western union or moneybookers to Mr X a professional Dr, Solicitor, Architect, Engineer etc who had to move to the UK but will post you the keys.

Don't worry though your money is held safely by Moneybookers though and they wont release it until you approve the apartment is up to scratch and if not you can send the keys back and get your deposit back no problems
