    Hi ,

    New to Boards.ie, so hopefully I am posting this in the right place!

    I'm a kiwi female from little old Christchurch, recently moved over with my Irish fiancee for the next few years or so - (good time to get out after all the earthquakes)

    so... keen to catch up if there are any fun, outdoorsy, social, creative kiwis in Cork City.

    Welcome to Boards!
    I'm from Dunedin (and spent a few years in Auckland, too!) originally, but I've been in Ireland for 5 years now.. Cork since October.
    I met my OH while he was on a working holiday in NZ and followed him back over here!
    There's a womans expat group on meetups.com which might be of interest to you, there's another Kiwi lady apart from me in the group:

    There's also a netball team in Cork which (I think) only started up last year. Training starts up again in August. Not sure if there's any kiwis on the team, but I loved netball growing up so thinking of giving it a go in the upcoming season:
