Atlus my beloved company with some of my favourite games like persona and etrian odyssey and not to forget the shin megami tensei series is at risk after parent company has filed for bankruptcy. this is very worrying.

Currently, Index Digital Media, Inc. and the ATLUS brand are unaffected by the Index Corporation proceedings in Japan. We’re carrying on day-to-day activities, business as usual. Shin Megami Tensei IV and Dragon’s Crown are still releasing on July 16 and August 6 respectively, and we’re licensing and publishing third-party titles such as R.I.P.D: The Game and Daylight. We want to thank all of our fans for their outpouring of support.

I hope they don't get screwed over but I'm sure if it does go south they will find a buyer very easily considering they were the only profitable part of Index Holdings.

Could be a decent purchase for Sony or Nintendo. Keeping some of their games exclusive for Vita or 3DS would be a boost

Polygon are a Microsoft funded news site, it's probably not a good idea to expect impartial information from them. Although trying to drop Zeno Clash as their most renowned title is pretty hilarious.

I never usually buy into the whole bias/conspiracy theory stuff but having read their Last of Us and Ni No Kuni reviews, it's suspicious.
